JKH Relocation Services specializes in relocation and recruitment. Before a particular recruit, relocating employee or new employee ever come to Nashville for the first time, I talk to them by email or phone. What is important to one executive relocating, may not be important to the next. Through that first contact, I would want to know what their wants and necessities are with regard to housing. Also, I would want to have some understanding of a range in price that they would want to consider. Having done these things in advance will make our time together much more productive. On the first visit to Nashville, I may be giving a familiarization tour to the spouse while the recruit or employee is visiting colleagues at his or her new workplace. Then on the second day, in some cases, I would tour both of them. Once the recruit or new employee has made a commitment and has decided to relocate to the Nashville area; my services would be in full effect. My primary responsibility would be a fiduciary obligation in protecting their interest as they negotiate with a seller for the sale of a new home; however, my commitment to them would go way far beyond that. For the commission I receive from selling them a home I see my responsibility as everything from letting the buyer know where they obtain a Tennessee Drivers License to locating the neighborhood grocery store. Having lived in Nashville for 25 years and having operated a successful meetings? business for 20 years I feel that I am more than up to the task as being an ambassador for you, or your company and Nashville.
